PRE-INSTALLATION

Pre-installation is one of the most important phases because that’s when you lay down the plans, customizations required and prepare for seamless execution. During this phase, we cover four key areas:

Site survey

This is an in-depth site survey which not only covers the study of the topography with the latest technical tools but also encompasses  the verification of cables and ducts and audits of the substations and ATC Tower. The site survey compares the ideal solution for the client against the actual situation so we can see what is missing and areas that need to be addressed.  Also check Prime Audit in the post-installation phase (find out more here).

Design

Here is where our team consults you on  the design of AGL installations from ground up or the modification of existing AGL infrastructure to better suit your airport needs.

Systems implementation

This includes the collaboration with internal airport resources and third-party vendors to handle end-to-end systems implementation according to the best practices in the industry.

Project management

Excellent Project Management (PM) is critical for on time and on budget delivery of every project. The PM ensures full end-to-end delivery, from the discussion and review of technical specifications with the customer to the supervision of daily costings, coordination with third-party vendors and contractors during the installation phase and finishes with the nomination of an on-site manager prior to hand over.
