Quetzaltenango Airport, Guatemala, selects OCEM Airfield for new Airfield Ground Lighting. OCEM Airfield has supplied its latest generation LED Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) for the runway and the taxiway and for the approach function, besides all energy efficient CCRs and the Airfield Ground Lighting Management System to control all AGL solutions. Quetzaltenango Airport serves Guatemala’s second largest city, the airport has undergone major construction work as part of a nationwide airport rehabilitation program and aims to become an international airport, along with La Aurora International Airport and Mundo Maya International Airport. OCEM Airfield was selected as key AGL supplier seen the completeness of its offer and the fact that it surpassed all technical criteria.
