Inset Touchdown Zone Light
A unidirectional 8″ diameter light, the TDZF is used as a touchdown zone light for ICAO CAT I, II and III, FAA and military runways. The light comes with an adaptor ring for installation on 12″ diameter bases. The light has a rated life of 1500 hours at full intensity, but over 3000 hours in field operating conditions. Its drop-forged dome and cast aluminum lower cover make the fitting sturdy, but lightweight too for easy handling in the field.
