Inside OCEM
Discover what defines OCEM beyond its technologies:
a long-standing engineering culture,
an integrated approach to every project,
lasting relationships with customers and the people who make it all possible.
Company
Engineering expertise with a global perspective.
From its roots in power electronics to becoming a leading global player in Airfield Ground Lighting, OCEM has grown through innovation, technical expertise and international expansion. Today, our solutions support more than 1,000 airports across 150+ countries, backed by a team of highly specialised professionals.
Enduring Commitment
Built for the long run.
Our involvement goes far beyond the delivery of a system. From site survey and design to installation, training and post-installation support, OCEM develops long-term partnerships based on reliability, technical continuity and a deep understanding of each airport’s operational needs.
Seamless Integration
One project. One coordinated approach.
Engineering, project management, logistics and on-site execution come together within a single project structure. By connecting factory expertise with specialised field teams, OCEM maintains technical control throughout the entire project lifecycle — from initial design to installation and commissioning.
CAREERS
Right now, as you read this, around a million people are flying somewhere above us.
Families about to be reunited, cargo crossing continents, crews bringing someone home. None of them are thinking about the lights guiding every flight, from takeoff to landing.
That’s exactly how it should be. We, on the other hand, think about it. Every day.
At OCEM, we give the runway a voice. We design and build lighting, control, and monitoring systems that let aircraft take off and land safely, at night, in fog, in the rain, and in the toughest conditions, at airports around the world.
It’s quiet work, invisible to the passengers on board, but essential to making every takeoff and landing possible.
Joining OCEM means choosing a profession where precision isn’t a detail. It’s a responsibility to people you’ll probably never meet, who trust us with their journey every day.
