Ethical & Employee Wellbeing
Our Policy
As a company, we assume our responsibility to ensure that our products and solutions are made with respect for human beings, whether in our own facilities or those of third parties that supply goods and solutions or support us in producing final products.
We have an internal Code of Conduct that guarantees workers’ rights and outlines their obligations, including:
- Zero tolerance for discrimination based on race, religion, sexual preference, or gender.
- A strict policy against bullying or abuse of power by both employees and managers.
We guarantee fair treatment to all employees, including the right to organize. We uphold the principle of having a trusted person whom employees can turn to if they do not feel respected in the company.
We adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which forbids child labor, and we follow the eight core conventions of the ILO (International Labor Organization) regarding forced labor, child labor, discrimination, freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, minimum wages, industrial relations, employment policy, social dialogue, social security, and other issues.
We invest in employee wellbeing by not only following local labor laws but also by upholding strong values. We support our employees’ growth by organizing training sessions and facilitating their transitions into other roles within both OCEM Airfield and the A&CT group. We focus on health and wellbeing by offering initiatives such as yoga sessions, providing fruit at work, and many other programs.
This policy is part of our internal Code of Ethics, which is shared with all employees.
