Les principales activités sont les suivantes :

  • Vous êtes chargé des tests initiaux, du service, du support de maintenance préventive et curative des équipements et systèmes clients fournis par OCEM.
  • Vous effectuez un dépannage, en profondeur, pour tout problème ou incident affectant les performances du produit. Grâce à une communication proactive avec les clients, vous les informez de l'état d’avancement des SAV éventuels
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions internes de l'OCEM pour vous assurer que la satisfaction client reste garantie.
  • Vous fournissez un support technique spécialisé en interne à la gestion des incidents, aux bureaux de vente régionaux de l'OCEM ou, le cas échéant, dans un environnement de gestion de projet.
  • Vous donnez également régulièrement des formations tant en interne qu'à nos clients sur les équipements et systèmes OCEM.

 

Diplômes et compétences

  • Maîtrise en Génie Industriel ou Baccalauréat en Génie Électrique ou diplôme équivalent, ou expérience équivalente ;
  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente, ou vous êtes un jeune potentiel aux compétences avérées ;
  • Votre langue maternelle est le français, mais une excellente connaissance de l'anglais est indispensable ;

Client Services Engineer

 

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people with the passion to support our vision and values and that want to help change the future of aviation. We are now offering a fascinating position as Client Services Engineer for France who will actively support engineering activities by ensuring the commissioning of OCEM products and systems and by troubleshooting when issues occur. He/she will share knowledge and expertise on the use of our technologies whenever and wherever specialist technical support is needed.

 

Note: This position requires frequent travel for work. Please make sure you are okay with that before moving on to an application.

The main activities are as follows:

  • You are tasked with the correct initial testing, service, preventive maintenance support, repair and modification of OCEM-supplied customer equipment and systems.
  • You perform troubleshooting, in depth, for any issues or incidents which are affecting the product performance. Through proactive communication with the customers, you inform them on the status and any results of issues encountered.
  • You work closely together with the internal functions of OCEM to make sure that client satisfaction stays guaranteed.
  • You provide specialist technical support internally to incident management, OCEM regional sales desks or when required within a project management environment.
  • You also give regular product training both internally and to our customers on the OCEM equipment and systems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience;

Project and Support Engineer 

As a member of Saudi Arabia Project, you will be responsible for the installing, configuring, testing, and deploying of OCEM’s AGL products into customer environment. This will typically be in three phases, namely office-based system setup, followed by remote installation and then finally onsite commissioning, integration, acceptance, training, go-live (including cutover support) and troubleshooting defects which are reported by customer during warranty and support periods.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Support

  • Ensuring appropriate response to all issues within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Problem diagnosis and resolution minimizing system down time and impact to operations.

She/he will enter only those projects where a profitable business can be created from the first step (no buy-in), by offering a price competitive and at the same time cost efficient portfolio, with possibilities for later up-selling and revolving order entry.

 

Responsibilities

Create a profitable and constantly growing order entry and market share for products, systems, solutions and services that fall under the OCEM Airfield core business in Italy. The main target is to reach at least the order entry and operating margin figures as defined in the yearly budget.

Ensure a continuous and future-safe growth by offering:

  • upgrades (up-selling) of basic, price-competitive offers.
  • advanced products, systems, and solutions.
  • value added customer services.

and develop:

  • on-time response on RFQ's, independent of what size and nature.
  • Key Account Management approach with major customers.
  • network of local experts/consultants.

The Area Sales Manager shall define the order entry, sales, and cost budgets for the next fiscal year. This budget will show a consistent and profitable growth. It will be approved by the Managing Director of OCEM Airfield.

During the fiscal year, the Area Sales Manager will monitor his own budgets at least once a month. In case of negative deviations higher than 10% of the YTD-figures, he will report this to management, proposing at the same time constructive and creative ideas to rectify the situation. The Area Sales Manager will not limit his activities to existing customers and markets, but will engage into Business Development in following areas:

  • new products/systems/solutions/services.
  • this will be done in coordination with Management and with other sales departments involved, to avoid overlapping activities.

Respect a strict and qualitative internal reporting:

  • reliable forecasts in terms of value, capture rate and expected time of order entry; to be updated at least weekly.
  • discipline in sales pipeline clean-up and continuous updating; at least weekly
  • detailed action plans for "Hot Projects”

Teamwork and a transparent info-exchange is expected.

The Software Manager will be leading the development of innovative and smart software solutions to help airports better manage aircrafts from landing to departure.

 

Position

Reporting to the Head of the R&D team and supported by a team of software specialists, he will coordinate software initiatives ensuring their overall coherence with the long-term company vision.

He will expand and manage an ecosystem and partnerships with forward-looking digital/software companies, startups and organizations.

The core objective of the function is to optimize airport operations, a complex and evolving environment involving numerous stakeholders.

 

Essential Functions

He will be the guardian of the company's software solutions and continually push them towards further improvements.

During the solution definition phase, the SM is in constant relationship with management, the business team and the potential users to ensure that the solution and its features stick with the company vision and strategy.

During the POC (Proof of Concept), the SM interacts mostly with the developer, technical and designers’ teams to coordinate the solution delivery.

During the run phase, the SM interacts with the client, customer service and the sw development team to get feedback from users and improve the product performance.

 

Responsibilities

In coordination with the head of the R&D team:

  • define the solution vision, the strategic roadmap and lead the POC definition
  • shape the solution business drivers and refine them over time
  • Interact with clients to assess needs, gather feedbacks and push POCs
  • coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to identify new needs, inspire the future roadmap and define user cases

 

Solution development coordination

Identify, synthetize, and translate client needs and pain points in the features’ specifications.

  • Orchestrate the solution development while ensuring the respect of deadlines.

Experience and background

R&D Project Manager Internship

Offriamo una posizione affascinante come R&D Project Manager Internship che lavorando a diretto riporto dell’R&D Manager, si occuperà di supportare i colleghi della funzione nelle attività di certificazione dei prodotti e nell’avanzamento dei progetti.

 

Attività

  • Pianifica, esegue e redige report relativamente a test di validazione sui prodotti
  • Pianifica e gestisce progetti di certificazione prodotto, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale (ICAO, FAA, STAC, AENA, ENAC, CASA, etc.)
  • Si occupa dell’analisi di costo relativamente alle attività di certificazione prodotto (produzione campioni, laboratori di test, enti di ispezione, etc.)
  • Si occupa di certificazione (gestione scadenziario, contatto con Enti di certificazione, pianificazione test, effettuazione collaudi assieme al personale interno ed agli addetti di laboratori esterni), compresa la gestione della relativa documentazione, gestisce gli esiti dei test e la risoluzione di eventuali non conformità
  • Si occupa della pianificazione e gestione dei test presso laboratori terzi
  • Gestisce i progetti del gruppo R&D sulla base delle moderne tecniche di Project Management
  • Supporta nella pianificazione di obiettivi, tempi e costi dei progetti R&D (WBS, OBS, GANTT, etc.)
  • Monitora l’andamento dei progetti mediante opportuni indicatori sintetici
  • Supporta nella gestione operativa dei progetti (acquisti materiali e servizi, contatti con laboratori esterni, etc.)
  • Coordina la realizzazione della documentazione di progetto (charter, specifiche, design report, certification plan, etc.)
  • Si coordina con le altre funzioni aziendali (Acquisti, Produzione, Logistica, Sales, etc.) per la corretta esecuzione dei progetti R&D
  • Supporta nella pianificazione multi-progetto a risorse condivise

 

Qualifiche e competenze

  • Laurea in ingegneria gestionale, elettronica o aerospaziale con il massimo dei voti
  • Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese, una lingua aggiuntiva è un plus

Field Service Engineer

We are now offering a fascinating position as Field Service Engineer who will have to ensure the maintenance service and/or plant start-ups in Italy and abroad.

The main activities are as follows:

  • On-site and remote starting and testing of simple and complex systems.
  • Assistance to external and internal customers to identify and solve technical problems.
  • Perform periodic maintenance contracts.
  • Prepare or assists in the preparation of technical documentation following interventions or to improve technical manuals.
  • Instruct technical training courses for external and internal clients.
  • Developing close relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest improvements and changes to products from a commercial perspective.
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations pertaining to the aviation industry (ICAO, FAA, etc.) and/or individual airports.

The Inside Sales Specialist is an integral part of the bid process to our global clients, will be issuing simple offers as well as complex ones in coordination with the bid engineers.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Specialist interacts with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live chats to support them during the bidding and selling phase. They sustain the Sales Managers in the generation of qualified opportunities, create suitable quotes, and follow the order intake process.

The main activities are as follows:

  • elaboration of offers for mainly international customers and management of complex and noncomplex projects, in support and in coordination with the sales managers and the bid engineers.
  • management of direct contacts with customers both in relation to direct offers and as back up to sales managers.
  • possible involvement in the internal management of orders both through the maintenance of relations with the customer and through the coordination of the activities of diverse internal functions.
  • daily interaction with various functions of the company for administrative, technical and execution matters.
  • virtual meetings to build relationship with new customers.
